Phantom and the Ark Royal Birthday card
Pictured during her final call to duty. The majestic, Royal Navy HMS Ark Royal, sailed into wind to recover Phantoms returning from a cap mission.
She entered HMNB Devonport for the last time on 4th December 1978 and decommissioned on 14th February 1979 when the White Ensign was lowered for the last time.
So ended the illustrious career of R09. A much loved and respected ship.
The Greeting cards are all one size 8″x4″
Here at SWA Fine Art we have produced a range of greeting cards and Christmas cards.
Cards can be purchased in any amount postage cost are a flat £1.50 for any amount of cards
Individual cards come with envelope and cellophane wrapped
